I?m looking to come up with a producer name. Any advice? I?m looking for something preferably 1 word long. Not asking for name ideas just interested in how all of the other producers came up with their names.

I don't know if he had thought of using it, but I called DJ Bounce "Scott Bounce" once (In a way DJ Storm became Al/Alistair Storm later on). And later he started using Scott Bounce as an artist name. :P
What was the Japanese name you came up with?

I started studying the science of digital audio and came across a fascinating topic called the impulse response. That's where my name came from.
I haven't produced much though so I don't know if it counts as a producer name.

my dj name came from Samus Aran, but I can't remember where the -nation bit came into play.
