the track started with a sort of Breathy tune which eventually had some kicks and the track slowed down, when it slowed down a voice was repeating "Rotterdam" and getting faster and slower and distort then the track kicked off again with the tune and kicks. I heard it around early 2000s

I really appreciate you trying, it isn't this, I dont think the track featured Rotterdam in the title, just this one little bit it repeats it over and over before the track drops again

not this one either, it wasnt as hard as that, it was more music than heavy
