All you need is a camera with good resolution (I use a Logitech one), a program called OBS (for the streaming/capture), and a good internet connection.
I personally stream live on twitch and simultaneously record the session to disk. Then I review and if I feel it's worth uploading, I just put it up on youtube. I did a few streams on facebook at one point but it's a hit or miss thing in terms of copyright. They'll silence the bits of the mix wherever there's copyrighted material.
