WOW, that is one of the most awesome things I have ever read in my life. VERY interesting. Im a christian and I belive that when I die im gonig to go to heaven because I belive what I belive. I don't wanna make this a religion issue, but im VERY curiousabout some the topis being mentioned. Such a huge thing to looks at. Awesome topic. energy can't be destroyed, just moved and changed.
matter = energy
everything is composed of atoms. which are the building blocks for the physcial universe.
an ATOMic bomb is created when you split the atom (destroy it) releasing its condensed energy. the energy isnt destroyed, its just released and moved.
if your body was thrown into a blackhole (which is just an extreamly dense, collapsed start) it's atoms wouldn't be gone forever as blackholes slowly expel atoms from its poles 1 at a time. so very slowly blackholes are also destroying themselves. only to have those atoms form people, planets, stars (some will become the new blackholes).
matter/atoms are just physcial representations of the energy (god) that the universe was created from.
the blackhole could be the way energy is condensed into atoms in this physcial world.

Awww, you even computerized the thing :D
So your saying that when the "information" leaves the hardware, it leaves as one whole thing? So that there would be a soul of some sort? ...or do you mean that the pieces of the information get spread out, but in some situations a lot of it goes into the same place. When that happens, the next person may reseave some corrupted information from the earlier carrier of the data? Like after formating, sometimes there still remain bits of information :p

Exactly 
Seeing as how the universe is 8 - 12 billion years old that would make our souls extreamly old and full of information. Not counting the possibility of other universes.
