Possibly Q Tex "Cold As Ice" EVO 056?
I think that Unknown & Vinylgroover did a version as well.

I'm pretty certain you're after the stingray & sonicdriver release, original on #12, remixes on #12R
I think it was just vg, and that one didn't come out till '99

Yeah, if he is thinking it sounds like a gabber tune then it must be the Stingray & Sonic version as it has that harder kick.

Well worth a buy.

so the conclusion is....vinylgroover and unknown??
im not much of a hardcore head these days, but i remeber hearing it on an old slipmat tape from fusion at the rhythm station and the i distinctly remember mc marley saying "1995!!"
saying that then yeah it probably wasnt anything like gabba at the time..
was a good tune
i guessing it aint gonna be that easy to find it on "12???

No. It will be Stingray and Sonicdriver. It isn't actually that hard to find on vinyl second hand.
