I have some how lost a disk that had a number of tracks which i recorded from my vinyl before i sold it all. Things like Music Maker, Pretty green Eyes, 99 Red Balloons, Listen to the Ace. Mainly the 95-98 era.
Iss there any place i can search, listen to and buy these tracks?

Unfortunately the vast majority of older tracks aren't available to purchase digitally :( Get on facebook and moan at the producers to make it happen!

Depends. Just Another Label has a few old once, and if Quosh shop is still up, you can get a few old ones. But old stuff from Vinylgroover is 99% a no deal, while UK Dance might get digital release through Hixxy

That was me. He didn't give any indication of when or anything but he said World Of Obsession tracks would be released digitally.

I asked him and he said he wouldn't. I guess he changed his mind later on

Oh, what? Really? What did he actually say, a definite 'no'?
What a gutter, surely there's nothing to lose in releasing them but a bit of time? He'd surely make some money back from them.
Seems such a massive shame not to release them to the folk that want them, even if they are old irrelevant tunes he no longer has a connection with.

I asked him about 5-6 years ago. I don't think I got the message still

The only logical explanation i can think of is that he doesn't want to be associated with them anymore. Which is more than fair enough!

I wonder if there may also be a problem with royalties for the vocalist. He seemed to use Lenore Bowdler (according to Discogs) for the majority of his work and I guess if he hasn't kept in touch or she's passed on, that could cause problems. Don't think she did anything outside of Vinylgroover tracks.
