Now I have heard well if anyone can confirm who know Cotts & Ravine is it Serato Scratch they use when they make mixes. I have messed around with Virtual DJ but I see Serato have a amazing Black Friday deal. Should I download the demo before committing in buying Serato Scratch. Is Serato Scratch any similar ti Virtual DJ?
I use Vinyl Turntables but Mainly now mess about wif mp3's as I see it is the affordable approach & I am kinda going ti the Cdj / DJ Controller next year. Serato looks impressive but I wonder is it ideal fir someone who dj's fir a pastime not as a profession. :) any feedback is gladly appreciative.

I've only really used VirtualDJ (and Atomix MP3 before that, but that was 13 years ago).
I use with with controllers. Used to have a simple Hercules DJ Controller MP3, but currently using Pioneer's DDJ Ergo-V
