No. It wasn't released. It's a shame as it was arguably the best remix of the lot.

Recon & Klubfiller should have done more together.
Phantom 7 is hands down one of my favorite UK hardcore tracks ever.

Pretty sure Ive got a copy of this somewhere, my friend knew a lot of Scouse House DJ's at the time (don't laugh) and they gave him a copy.
It was ok but nothing can compete with the Digital Boy Italian Rave Remix, probably my favorite Happy Harcore track of all time.
