So I'm an amateur DJ and in my school most kids do know the mainstream Dance songs such as sandstorm, Smack my 8!^*) up, and Satisfaction.
But I've been searching for some sandstorm remixes and I came across one while listening to DI.FM
where can I buy an unmixed version of Sandstorm (Audioscape Remix)?
its on the disc hardcore adrenaline 2 I think.

There's a K Complex remix that's hard dance.
Don't think the Audioscape Remix is available though.

the audioscape remix is not released yet, not sure if it will be (the first HA2 album sampler is out, and it's not on there, i'm not sure if they release mp3s of other tunes on the cd or just the ones on the vinyl samplers).
out of curiosity, people at your school actually know smack my bitch up? don't think anyone at my school really knows the prodigy

Sand Storm... Wow. Old memory there. xD I think that was the FIRST techno / dance song I ever heard. And yeah. I got turned on. =) Pop music just vanished from my mind. lol!

The original is way better than Audioscape's version... maybe it's impossible to make a hardcore remix of it woithout having to pitch the main theme to 175BPM (it sounds horrible, worse than most makina remixes of slow trance tracks)

I was thinking about turning up the BPM that much, but it doesn't sound so great on the original if you do that.

I agree with Samination... Main riff just doesn't work at 170-175bpm.
